TERMS & SHIPPING
When you place an order at the NANNÉ web shop, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them before you shop.
Information concerning www.nanne.dk is a site owned and driven by Nanné, Kongevejen 8, 2791 Dragør, Denmark . Tel. +45 31 56 56 31 cvr no. 33818904 owned by Marianne Svendsen.

PAYMENT
Payment is via Paypal, it’s safe and easy to use. You don’t have to be a member of paypal to use it. You can also make a bank transfere or use MobilPay.The prices listed are include shipment costs for delivery. If any returns the shipping cost will be on your account. All prices are inclusive of Danish VAT (25%).

PLACE AN ORDER
As soon as you place an order, you will be sent an automatic e-mail that confirms that NANNÉ has received your order. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a second e-mail confirming that you order has been accepted and when it will be dispatched from the workshop.
For customized jewellery made with your personal initials and your personal size, there is a deposit payment for 50 % of the price and 50% payment on the day of shipping.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The item will normaly be shipped out within 3-4 days. As all jewelry is made by hand and not all styles are in stock shipment varies. Customized jewellery made with your personal initials and your personal size shipment will be informed by mail when the order is placed.

WE SHIP TO EUROPE
Deliveries to some countries may extend further than two weeks due to customs. 

Your order will be delivered to the address you supply when placing an order at the webshop.
In case of delivery outside EU the customer is obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for further information.
At the moment we do not offer tax-free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries.
If the package is not picked up by the customer and any kind off fee is added, the customer is responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return-shipment. This includes freight charges, any extra payments, duties, taxes, levies, and fees for Link Logistics a/s prepayments, return charges, any additional fees, etc.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
In accordance with Danish legislation an item can be returned within 14 days. This is from the day that the item was received. The item returned must be unused and in the original condition, which includes tags and original packaging. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. Please note that the items are your responsibility until they reach the workshop and please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. NANNÉ is not responsible for any items that are returned in error or lost in the mail, which is why it is recommended to use an ensured postal service. Any costs connected to a returned item are your own. Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect and process the goods within 2 working days to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
If you wish to exchange an item, please write an email with the specific details to contact@nanne.dk Any exchange, must take place within the 14 days of return right. Shipping cost of exchanged goods is your own.
Please note that special orders made with Loveletter initials and special size cannot be returned or exchanged.

THE PRODUCT
I want all customers to receive quality goods. However, it is important to note that minor differences may occur, as all jewelry is handmade. Certain pieces are recommended to try on prior to an order, as adjustments may be necessary. There may be minor variations from time to time, in regards to style, color and description of the item on the web shop. The color reproduction may also depend on your own screen and screen settings, which is why a 100% color guarantee cannot be made. To the extent permitted by Danish law, NANNÉ cannot be held accountable for any direct or indirect losses linked to dereliction of duty, breach of contact, negligence or in any other way. The responsibility of NANNÉ is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item bought.

MAINTENANCE
Rhodium and oxidized jewelry will loose its specific surface by time and the silver will reveal itself – especially on rings where the wear is persistent. The oxidized surface might even wear off within weeks. Oxidized surfaces can be renewed at customer’s own expenseCopyright
All website material is under copyright protection. Browsing, printing and downloading website material for personal usage is allowed. It is however not permitted to use the web context for other purposes or in other ways. Website material may not be re-used or re-produced in any way without permission. If so, this will be regarded as a violation of copyright law.

PRIVACY POLICY
What happens to your personal information (privacy policy).
NANNÉ is entitled to collect, process and use our customers’ data in accordance with applicable data protection law.
NANNÉ will only use the customer’s data for purpose, which the data are provided for and/or for correspondence with the customer. No personal information registered at contact@nanne.dk will be transferred, sold or made available to third parties.

COOKIES
On http://nanne.dk we use cookies in order to optimize the website and its functionality, thus making your visit as easy as possible for you. A cookie is a small file - a digital business card -which the site stores on your computer the first time you visit it. The cookie identifies your computer but not you as a visitor to the website. The file’s job is to provide the website a notification when you return as a visitor. The use of cookies does not compromise your security and you can always turn that off in your browser. A cookie is in no way harmful to your computer.
What are cookies used for?
